This program helps New Yorkers who need family planning, but may not be able to afford it. FPBP services include:

• Birth control (including birth control pills and condoms)
• Emergency contraception
• Advice about family planning

Apply in person

1. Find a family planning provider near you.
2. Gather your personal documents and bring them with you to the program site.
3. Complete the in-person screening and submit the application. You can print and fill out the application before you go in, or complete it at the providers office.
