Application for the 2021-2022 school year opens February 24, 2021 , and the deadline to apply is April 30, 2021 . Apply online at MySchools or by phone at 718-935-2009 . Available for students with disabilities and students learning English. Requires proof of address and child’s age. In fall 2021, 3-K for All programs will be offered in these districts: Manhattan: Districts 1, 4, 5, and 6 Bronx: 7, 8, 9, and 12 Brooklyn: 14, 16, 19, 23, and 32 Queens: 27 and 29 Staten Island: 31 Find your school district by using the School Search map tool or calling 311 .

How do I Apply to 3-K for All?

Use MySchools to look at different programs before applying. Type in your address to see programs near you. When the application opens, you can also use MySchools to submit your child’s application. Apply over the phone by calling 718-935-2009 (Monday–Friday, 8am–3pm, except holidays).

3-K for All – ACCESS NYC

1. How it Works

3-K for All provides free, full-day, high-quality early childhood education for three-year-olds in a growing number of school districts. There are also free or low-cost 3-K programs with an extended day and year, including Head Start, in every school district.
