How it works

Get free at-home nurse visits and mental health support during pregnancy through your child’s second birthday.

  • Get paired with a registered nurse and a social work team who will meet regularly with you to talk about pregnancy, parenting, your child’s health and development, and whatever else is on your mind
  • Your nurse will help you:
    • Know what to expect during pregnancy and childbirth
    • Learn how to care for your baby, including feeding, bathing, and safe sleep
    • Understand how babies learn and grow
    • Give your baby the best possible start in life
  • Your nurse can also:
    • Support your personal goals, like education and employment
    • Connect you with other resources like health insurance, mental health care, child care, and educational programs
  • Sign up anytime during your pregnancy
